Quotes and Scope
Any figure given before an on-site assessment is an estimate based on the information provided. A binding scope and price follow an assessment of the property. Where conditions found during the work differ materially from those assessed, you will be informed before additional work is carried out.
Limitation
Remediation returns an affected area to a condition comparable to the rest of the building. No remediation removes all mold spores from any building, and no contractor can guarantee that growth will never recur — particularly where a recommended moisture correction is not carried out.
