Why This Page Does Not List Names and Photographs

A great many contractor websites fill this page with invented staff members — stock portraits, fabricated names, and biographies describing experience nobody has. It is common enough that people have stopped trusting the page entirely, which is a shame, because knowing who will be in your house is a reasonable thing to want.

We would rather describe the roles honestly and let you meet the actual people when they arrive.

The Roles on a Job

The assessment is carried out by whoever will be responsible for writing the scope. That matters: the person who identifies the moisture source should be the person who is accountable for the plan to correct it.

Remediation work is done by technicians working to the written scope, with containment established before any material is disturbed. If the scope changes because something is found once a wall is opened, you are told before that additional work happens.

Clearance sampling, where the job warrants it, is sent to an independent laboratory. We do not analyse our own clearance samples.

Ask Us Directly

If you want to know who specifically will be at your property, what training they have and what insurance is in place, ask on the phone. Those are fair questions and you should be asking them of every contractor you call, not only us.

Talk to Someone Who Does the Work

Describe the problem and the water history. We will tell you honestly whether it needs us.
