Raising a Complaint
Call us and describe the problem. Complaints about work in progress should be raised immediately, because most issues are far easier to correct while equipment and crew are still on site.
How We Handle It
We will acknowledge the complaint, establish the facts including reviewing the written scope and any readings or photographs taken, and set out what we propose to do. Where work fell short of the agreed scope we will put it right.
If You Remain Dissatisfied
You may raise the matter with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. We would rather resolve it directly, but you should know the option exists.
Talk to Someone Who Does the Work
Describe the problem and the water history. We will tell you honestly whether it needs us.
